Default Can Q-switch nd-yag / Picosure laser damage implanted hair?

I had my strip scar repaired with FUE and SMP. Unfortunately, the SMP turned blue. I am thinking about removing it with laser, but I'm not sure if the laser would damage my implanted follicles. My hair is black and coarse which is perfect for laser hair removal.
