whats going on with the JAK drugs ?

havent been around for about a year,
so i remember that back at the time people were just starting to experiment with the JAK inhibitors,
what going on with it ?
can someone point me to a thread of someone that experimented with it and documented it / or - just wrote about it ?

i dont believe ppl have access to buy it. a lot of these new compounds/chemicals etc that might be the next break throughs, they are just way too expensive to buy, I'm talking hundred of dollars for like half a gram.
