To check if you're currently losing hair check pics from 6 months or longer ago. And see if there's any change. If not, you're not currently losing your hair.
If it has changed, yes, you may be losing your hair. There isn't any telling how fast it can be or where it will stop. Look up "mature hairline".... if it's been like this for years and stayed that way, I'd say mature hairline is accurate.
If your hair has receded in the last year then you're probably receding. Have a check at old pics and see.

thank you, it dose look the same in pictures back from high school day's i guess maybe just alittle thinner...mature hairline is what it looks like
