Default Losing a different amount of hairs in the shower

If you lose 20 hairs one day in the shower and 15 the next and it keeps changing then is that another sign of hair loss or is this normal?

Not sure how you mean? One wouldn't expect that the exact same amount of hair will fall out day by day.

In my opinion hair falling out in the shower (like wrapped around your fingers, noticeable) is hair loss yeah.

So you would say that its MPB hair loss? That is what I meant and also I lose a little more hair on tlmy right side which is thinning but the other side is still completely thick. So is that still MPB? Sorry if I didn't clear much up

Orale bmoreno, don't count the hairs in the shower holmes, just keep track of what your overall appearance looks like on your pinche head

Showering and washing your hair is probably the most "aggressive" act/routine that your hair goes through daily, so of course you're going to lose some hair. I would say that losing between 5-15 hairs in the shower is pretty normal.
