Default Rapidly losing hair mpb- Rate my hair loss on norwood scale.

Hello im a 30 year old ex smoker male,

I have suffered quite alot of stress and suffer from bad aniexty, has this increased my mpb?

I first noticed my balding when i was about 20, it runs in my family!
Im no doctor but im sure it runs in the genes!

Anyway i have been doing alot of research in to getting a hair transplant, i have tried using all kinds of shampoos with no luck.
And i have a large head and forehead so it really dosnt suit me when i cut it short

I think my hairloss on norwood scale is 5v/ 6.

So with that in mind how many grafts do you think i would need?
    Im thinking about 2-3000!

(I also thinks its amazing the amount of posts that i see of guys who think there losing there hair yet it looks fine , makes me kind of jealous lol)

HELLO Mattynohair and welcome to the best hairloss forum!

To respond to your questions : "I have suffered quite alot of stress and suffer from bad anxiety, has this increased my mpb?"

Matt' STRESS and bad ANXIETY does increase a persons hairloss!
That is a FACT of life.

It is GREAT that you gave up being a smoker! Smoking could unnecessarily shorten ones life. (that happened to my father!)
Matt' you must 'step back' from worry and stress and become accepting of how your life is for today.
You life can and will get better if you can use commonsense and some objectivity when confronting issues in your life. (not just hairloss)
You must consult with a GOOD hairloss Doctor. (were do you live at?)

I feel that you should possibly get on minoxidil ,,,a good doctor would let you know for sure.
Also, its possible that you could get grafts as well...
Stay happy my FRIEND!! Lets continue our conversation..

    Hello again Mattynohair!

    I hope your doing OK.
I want to know if you know about a good member from the UK here, Spex

I would suggest that you have a conversation with Spex and maybe he can advise you there in the UK.
Spex is a GOOD 'UK Representative and Patient Advisor'. He has been a BTT member since 2008.
I have had conversations with him before and he has been on Spencer Kobren's Live show many many times!

Hey Matt. I'm not an expert but I suggest you go to turkey for hair transplant I heard doctors are very cheap there. Also you should watch David muzios hair transplant vids they are very helpful. Thanks and all the best.
