What to use to encourage hair growth at temples?

Hey guys I'm currently applying ************ PG plus 15% with Finasteride once a day. I've been doing this for like 7 months now and there's been no real growth in hair for me. Just little miniature hairs at my temples and hair doesn't look any fuller from what I started. What can I use to help encourage hair growth? Especially in the temples area.
