Once I wash my hair and spread the minoxidil (foam) ... could I use the dryer on my head?

when I moisten my hair, and I spread minoxidil, my hair, especially the bangs is greatly reduced, and it becomes very thin, leaving my temples fully visible.

I can give back to volume with the dryer?
