where should I spread Minoxidil foam? and other questions

Hi guys how are you?

Im 25 years old

My dermatologist recommended me for my temples minoxidil foam. My dermatologist also suggested me finasteride for the crown, but in this area i have not a lot of problems actually, so I decided to leave it for later.

The issue is if I am doing it well...?, I'm applying the foam only in areas of the temples, in the hairline, and the cowlick. Should I spread evenly throughout the crown? ie, the entire top of the brain? or ... only concentrating on cowlick, temples and front?

Ah, another questions ... after spread the foam if I see the hair is wet (and therefore loses volume and becomes smaller ...) could I pass the dryer again? And although the prospect says spread with dry hair, what happen being wet?

Do you think for my case would be better finasteride than minox?
