Default 26, want to know just how bald I'm going...

Just wanted to get some guidance as to whether I'm freaking out over nothing or if I'm legitimately going bald. I'm 26 years old and I've noticed a ton of thinning at both the temples and crown starting about 2 years ago, and I wanted to get a reference point as to where my MPB is at. Thanks!

Looks like some balding at the crown and receding temples.

You still have ok hair, but i'd start propecia and rogaine asap. Rogaine can help regrow the crown area and propecia can stop or slow down hair loss.

Unfortunately, your fears are reasonable. It is evident that you are losing hair on the crown. Moreover your hairline is also receding. It looks like NW- 3A, the same type as I was before treatment. You can stop this process and even regrow your hair by using the appropriate treatment. In my case, Propecia helped me to stop hair loss and to regrow my hair.

I appreciate everyone's feedback. I have decided I'm not going to fight it, and that's no disrespect to anyone who is. I just don't really want to spend the $$$ and I'm ok with going bald. I know it's ultimately a personal taste thing, but give it to me straight...is it time to buzz/shave?

shave it!! it will make you look much better, than holding on to the remains of a once grate civilization of hair. personally i think the bald crown look like a sad clown with out the funny colors.

It doesn't look bad, you've got a good shape head for it. I'm sure you look much better when you smile, you look kind of mad in these pics.
