Default pattern of implantation in recipient area

    Hello,
Being new in hair transplant i am just looking for few queries related to implantation. Well as we how good is extraction results only depends on density and technique of implantation in bald area. My question is If we are implanting graft in totally a bald area what is the correct pattern of implantation. I mean is close random or brick pattern. What should be correct pattern. 2nd question which method is more better like i implant with the help of needle. Others are doing with slit method. they make hole with slits and later insert the graft. 3rd question is if bleeding is lot while implanting how to manage it.
