About 6 mos post-op, feeling "pluggy"

I'm just about 6 months post-op, and although I've seen some good growth thus far, my new growth looks kind of "pluggy." Will this go away as time progresses and will I get more density? I understand that at about the one year mark is when I'll see full results, but I'm not sure what to expect in the coming months.

6 months is still early days so be patient. Who was your doc?
