I have had 3 hair transplants. I came in to see Dr. Scott Alexander for my first one in 09/2011 and I was so scared and didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t know about the process. When I was met by Dr. Alexander’s staff they kind of walked me through how the day was going to go. I then met with Dr. Alexander to go over the finality of the surgery and to draw on the hairline I started to feel a lot better. The process was easier and more relaxing than I had thought in my own mind. Everything that was happening I was told about every step. The staff was very friendly and professional that I wasn’t nervous or embarrassed at all. The procedure was easy and no pain other than the initial injections- they felt like stings like from a bee.
The second hair transplant was just to create more density and to thicken the front up. This time I went without worries. It went so well I felt like I had my youth and confidence restored. Dr. A did such a great job that after the second surgery I knew my confidence was at 100% due to my hair being back fully in the front.
A couple of years later I had realized my crown was thinning and I had this awesome front done I knew I was going back to see Dr. Alexander and his team to boost the crown. This time was even easier than the previous 2 times. I was in great hands and I knew it would be a breeze. I knew what to expect that I would get top notch expertise and professional crew working on me. I have my self-confidence back and you can’t put a price tag on that!!!
Dr. Alexander’s skill level is incredible. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I recommend this for anyone who is embarrassed or ashamed for balding, and for this I give Dr. Scott Alexander 10 out 10!!
