how much hairshed is normal per day, somepeople said 100, but when i put my hand in my hair, and just brushing it violently for 5sec about 2~3 hair falls each time
is it nonrmal?

1) stop brushing your hair VIOLENTLY
2) 100 hairs is average per day.. so if you brush your hair violently 33-50 times per day and 2-3 hairs fall out each time, then yes, this is normal
