Yeah, this made news in Turkey actually. They use stem cells from foreskin or some crap, and a balding actor/comedian was at the press conference as a volunteer for the treatment. I don't have much hope but it's something they're trying at least.
Those pics in the article look worthless, but some of the before-after pics in the video presentation looks decent.
