    In all seriousness, topical Finasteride has been proven to be at least, if not slightly more effective than oral Finasteride. It reduces a slightly higher amount of DHT from the scalp.

    People should read this national study on liquid Finasteride, which combats side effects. It is used in a higher dosage than I currently take (0.1% Finasteride topically). This study has .25% Finasteride topically.
