Default Starting with Finasteride today 3/16/2016

    Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. I am starting with generic Finasteride today. I was on Minox 2% for 1 1/2 year then moved on to 5% for 1/2 year. Minox helped me very much but now hairs have started to fall again and are thinner than before. So i finally decided to give Fin a try. I can no longer stand my hair falling out having one important arm like Fin still left for me to try. I will share my experience that how it will go with Fin.

Where is your loss? Been on internet fin (finpecia) since november and my hairline no better. Crown seems to have thickened up. Hair is graying and looks like shit anyway though.

Dye your hair? Women do this all the time.

My loss is kind of diffuse. Thinning is allover the scalp. Though i can hide my loss with shampoo but when my hairs are wet you can see my scalp. And recently my hairs started falling more than before even on minox. So i started with generic fin ( Proscalpin) ordered online. It just 4 days i can't tell much. Though i am anxious (results/sides).

Yeah but 1) it doesn't look natural 2)its falling out anyway and the upkeep of roots isn't worth it.

    Hello Artista
Thank you for your warm welcome.
Yes Artista i am positive and hoping for the best. I will share my experience with Fin.
Sorry i forgot to mention my age. I am 28 years old.
As far as baldness is concerned it runs in my family. My grand father and father both are bald.
And my younger brother who is 23 has also lost significant amount of hairs.
Minox helped me for 2 years but thinning increased in past 6 or more months. Lets see how Fin goes.
