It takes 6 months for it to clear your body completely. The research I have come across shows that the sides can well be permanent, but from my own experience a lot can be counteracted utilising weight training and a good diet.

Type into google Joe Defranco's Westside for skinny bastards. Follow that programme.
Eat a high protein diet, include lots of oily fish, eggs, avocados, fruit, vegetables and nuts
Supplement with:
Omega 3 oil (3-5g daily)
Vitamin D3 (5000iu daily)
Coconut oil (20-30g daily)
5-HTP (one capsule before bed)
Magnesium (2000-3000 daily)

and finally if that doesnt help after 3-5 months then I'd look at TRT at high dose for a few month, A DHT gel, Arimidex and come off using HCG and clomid to help stimulate LH again.
