Shedding/Growing cycle?
How do you know when one starts, one stops?

Your question should be specific enough so we can properly answer it. If you are losing so many hair strands and you think it happens every time you go on a shower or simply combing your hair then that's a problem you might want to figure out the real reason.

Never been the case with me. With me it has always been barely noticeable, slight hair loss over say 25yrs. Now that i'm 56, I don't have much more to give up. It's been a slow trickle effect if you will. Didn't start and stop like you mention.
