V odd hair loss pattern - wondering if anyone has any input?

Hi all. Wondering if anyone can help me here. I have all these irregular pitted looking bald areas on the top of my head (pics below), which have been increasing in area and number over the last ten (ish) years. I notice they are in the traditional male pattern baldness areas however I have never seen anything like them before. I have researched various types of alopecia and can't really find anything that matches. Thanks in advance guys!

Thanks for the reply man. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to see if I can get a referral to a dermatologist. I should have done this years ago really but hey.

Ya a derm will deffinitley tell you wats going on. Report back on the diagnoses
