propecia non responder help

hi guys , i've benn taking propecia 1 mg daily for almost 18 months now , for a receding hairline , and i'm obviously a non responder because my temple keep receding .

So according to the fact that im 22 , and that my hair are amazingly important to me , should i try dutasteride ?
