More like fighting a war with a tank. Fin alone works very well for most at least 5-10 years.

Nah not a tank, it works well but it does not completely stop hair loss, it blocks only 60-70% DHT whilst dutasteride stops 93%, additionally minoxidil can cut shedding by up to half, leaving more terminal hairs on your scalp and delaying the miniaturization process, the dermaroller is a controversial one but it definitely helps with absorption of the minoxidil with 0.5mm, laser therapy is another controversial one, it doesn't hurt to include it, the nizoral 2% has been shown to be as effective as 2% minoxidil, all of these together, well now you've got a gun with fin, you've got a missle launcher with dutasteride, you got a grenade with minoxidil, you got a knife with nizoral and you got some ninja stars and nun chucks with the dermaroller and laser therapy. Now you've got yourself an Arsenal ready for war. Fin alone works but not as good.

There's no need to use a dermaroller on your scalp, as Minoxidil penetrates perfectly fine without it. If anything, with a Dermaroller you risk getting Minoxidil more directly into your bloodstream, which might raise your blood pressure.
