Unhappy How bad is it and what can be done?

I'm sorry if I am spamming the board, I apologize in advance, it's just that I'm not really getting an answer, it's not your fault, maybe I am not asking correctly. I would like someone to suggest me what to do, this is me now:

I am 33 years old, been losing hair since forever, but I had so much more hair in 2012, so in three years I think I have lost almost all my hair. What should I do now?? I don't want medicines, I don't think I should risk the health of my body for this, and realistically, how much would finasteride and propecia give me back??

I am very scared of a surgery, I keep hearing horror stories and three or four procedures, the good results are obviously people who weren't even balding, and I can already hear the doctor: "oooh you have excellent donor area", really? what would I get??

    Please help me.

Your loss is pretty significant for your age. I would do a few online consultations with reputable Doctors and go from there. Finasteride can improve hair quality and at times offer some regrowth, but it's biggest benefit is maintaining what you already have.

Online consultations? Where? I would like to have surgery abroad but I have no idea how that works. Do you think the rest of my hair is a good donor area?

Honestly bro you're heading into NW7. I really wouldn't recommend a transplant as your back and sides are thin already and will probably lower further. There really isn't much you can do now.

I'd look into SMP. It's pretty much SMP, a transplant that looks awful because of your thin donor and overall huge amount of loss, or shave it down with no guard clippers.

This is a good example of why medication in early loss is so important, at a certain stage there is no going back.

What is SMP?? Honestly I haven't felt any hair loss on the sides or the back, I've never had much hair in that area but the flash makes it look worse, it honestly feels normal to me. Why wouldn't it help? And if I do have a transplant, what would be the worst case scenario?

The donor looks a bit thin, can you take some side view photos at eye level in natural light? sometimes the flash can make things appear worst than they are, your sides are high, but it looks like its beginning to thin, again this may be just the photos you took.

I am really not into taking pictures, the first ones were brutal enough but I just found these ones taken on januray:

I know in the first pictures the rest looks very thin but it doesn't look like that in real life and honestly, I haven't felt any hair loss in those areas in all my life, my sides above my ears have always been patchy and problematic since I was in high school and they feel the same to me, the back of my head feels the same to me too, and I usually buzz it down, and when it's buzzed the back of my head doesn't feel like it's lot any density at all. Not that it has any great density to begin with, it just hasn't changed to me.

Would the FUE scars be noticeable with a buzz cut?? I don't really want a strip surgery, there'd be no way to hide it.

This is horrific really, how can you even enjoy life looking like this?? Anyone that says otherwise is lying, I'm sorry.
