Yeah might be slightly. No one can predict where its going, but just remember you cant reverse norwood levels so its a one way road as of today. So if you decide to do something dont wait to long

Thanks for the replies! I also been on a low dose of accutane for almost 6 months, maybe that caused it?

Monitor this. You look fine right now. If you progress up the Norwood scale, get on treatments right away. Also, go to a derm

In the photos, there does appear to be some signs of decreased density. Environmental, genetic, emotional factors could all be playing a part. Now would be a good time to see a physician and discuss the role of medical interventions such as Minoxidil and Finasteride. Young patients would probably not want to consider surgical options at this point. Find a physician with whom you can develop a good, trusting long term relationship.
