What's up with my hair? Anyone else?

If you looked at my head you wouldn't think my hair is thin. But when you seperate it I feel like my part is wider and more visible than it was before.

When I rip out a hair, sometimes it is scraggly on one end (at the root) and the other half or 3/4 is as thick as can be.

What causes this? Is it the follicles shrinking? I have very little hair shedding. It just seems more spaced out at the roots. I have been at this for about a year and these scraggly tips of my hair aren't new. I don't know if my Thinning has really progressed since May 2015...do you think I would have noticed a a difference if my hair was in fact thinning?

I think it looks fine, but I would be careful of all the mature hairline comments. Every single guy that is NW 7 at one point had a mature hairline that kept on maturing. You dont want to treat a pretend problem so just pay attention, and if it gets worse see a professional
