I look at them and I just think like, yeah, what's the difference? do they wear wigs, or are all secretly taking propecia or something? if it's so safe and effective, how come there are still bald or balding celebs.

If getting in shape actually makes you more attractive, how come there are still fat or out of shape celebs?

Point being, that's up to you to decide if you want to keep your hair or not. MPB is not a threat to someone's physical health, many people look down on doing something about it. Those who it affects psychologically and socially, decide to try to do something about it. Maybe since celebs have money and fame and some of men have had their fair share of women already, maybe they just don't care?
