ketoconazole questions
So my dermatologist prescribed me 2% ketoconazole (generic) from rite aid, since i have dandruff as well. This is the generic version of nizoral I'm guessing? Any suggestions if i should start with this generic ketoconazole 2%, or perhaps start on more reliable brand version of ketoconazole shampoo? i know there are other brands that have higher ratings than others but I'm not familiar with this whole ketoconazole shampoo. Also i am suppose to use it every 2-3 days? Please let me know thanks!

If it is for dandruff then follow recommended usage and dosage.
Generic ketoconazole is fine, no need to use "reliable brand".

Nizoral or keto 2% is fine like 2-3 days a week but it will dry everything out. More than that time and you could lose hairs from dryness. Make sure to get a decent conditioner and use it when you use the keto.
