First of all, those 2 photos does not have the best lighting but it shows
your hairline to be maturing but NOT balding as yet.
You had mentioned your health ,depression and emotional issues here which was a good thing to do.
I would suggest to you that you must be ACCEPTING of how things are for now.
Avoid becoming very stressed out! Stress CAN cause to much more problems to your hairline
than you know!
I know that from EXPERIENCE.
Approx from 2003 to 2005 is when I too had suffered from depression and STRESS.
It had NOTHING to do with my hairline!!
It had everything to do with what I had to deal with in my life
back then.
I had ALLOWED those negativities to effect me badly and so
the stress did its damage to my hairline and crown relatively fast!
Since then, my life has become so much better because I decided to accept life for what it is.
I felt that my life would get better as long as I keep myself positive regardless as to what would be going on in life.
Again, you must be ACCEPTING of how things are for right now.
All things in life can and would be better as long as you do not allow yourself to become depressed saddened and stressed out.
How do you think stress interfers with mpb? Ive been very stressed my whole life and looking back my hair quality was never that great anymore after I started puberty.

I'd start something. Finasteride preferably because Minox is a pain to apply all the time, and if you're satisfied with what you've got, there's no reason to use minox, as Fin will maintain much better.

IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
You seem to be a Norwood II and potential Norwood III. Unless your mature hairline bothers you, don't do anything. The psychological effects of hair loss aren't easy to deal with no matter what hair loss treatments you pursue.

It's not too bad, honestly, but taking a pill is about a hundred times easier. My hair looks greasy with it, and it takes a while to dry. And even though it says it's scentless, there is definitely a smell to it.
