Regarding those two photos , it does not look like you are at a NW scale yet.
It looks more like a maturing of your hairline.
Do NOT become worried or stressed out over any possibilities!

I am 20, and I think I am a Norwood 3. I have been using rogaine for 4 months

Thank you! I am fortunate to have long curly hair. All I need is a thick NWII and the curls will curl over my hairline and give the illusion of a perfect hairline! Like in the above picture

There is slight recession I would say norwood 1 its very slight, at 20 though its a good idea to try minoxidil and finasteride to maintain what you have, for now just realize that the general population won't notice the recession and the older you get the less it'll matter trust me.
