while on propecia ive got the feeling of doing a testosterone cycle .

No side effect , and impressive muscle gains since 17 months.

If you have put any exogenous hormones in your body you have super physiological testosterone levels, which will in turn create more DHT, Finasteride only blocks 60-70% of DHT so if you're creating more DHT and only blocking 60-70% you will see hair loss.

You're quite young and I remember when I was 22, but at this point you have two choices, build an impressive physique shave your head and focus on that, or stop all anabolics and keep your hair. Personally I chose to build an impressive physique naturally, of course there is a difference between a natty physique and non natty but to me hair is far more important.

Hey man, the simple fact is that this has happened on many accounts to several people. It is documented all over the internet. The common response from doctors and people that are happy with propecia is, "propecia cannot make your hair fall out". this is wrong on a few levels, and the countless incidences documented on places like here are enough to believe it is false. 1) finasteride can cause TE - 100% true and I beg for someone to try and debate me on this. I had it from finasteride, and it was confirmed by two dermatologists. I was hoping that after the TE, fin would start to work, but I just gave up. TE is self resolving, so after you discontinue fin, things should gradually get back to normal.
    2) the natural tendency of the body to counteract changes - this happens ALL THE TIME with MANY MANY DRUGS. It's feedback back, and it's happening continuously in your body. You alter the level of ONE hormone, your body alters other things to counteract the imbalance... once again, I welcome any debate on this. a) your body will recognize the lowered DHT and produce more testosterone (happens to most people on fin). follicular sensitivity to testosterone is highly unknown, but we think it plays a role. b) your scalp tissue recognizes a lowered concentration of DHT and the follicular cells respond by producing more receptors to bind the existing DHT - can lead in a net loss of hair.

All of this is just true and perhaps, one or more are happening to you. seventeen months?! you need to quit, right now. f*ck what anyone else says about staying on it and hoping for the best after two years. You need to quit. There are other avenues you can try, and this may help put your mind at ease. Consider RU and consider compounded minox like I am. RU is not an anti androgen, its an androgen antagonist... it doesn't not effect DHT levels, rather is a compound that binds to the receptors and prevents DHT from binding. It is also likely to not go too systemic.

There is nothing wrong with propecia and there is nothing wrong with you... there is something wrong when the two are combined. Realize it, come to terms with it, move on and try something new.

Go to my thread, "My RU and DUT experiment" (I stopped taking dut btw) where I posted a pic of the top of my head... I am trying to find a damn before pic, but take my word that before fin, there was only a small thinning spot right in the middle of the back crown, about maybe 3" in diameter. The entire top of my head is very diffuse thin after 11 months. THIS AREA is where fin is supposed to WORK. You can't see my hair line there because it's combed over, but that's even worst. I will post before and afters of that too today hopefully.

moreover ive added minoxidil on my hairline and temple .

i can't use ru because i have to put it in minox , and i don't want to apply minox on my whole head , i don't want my healthy hair to become dependant .

dont mix ru with minox! You mix it in Propylene glycol and ethanol
