Are these vellus hairs? Can I add anything to my regimen to help them grow?

Hi guys I've been on my stack for 3 months but haven't really noticed much of a diff other then not continuing to bald. I have all these little hairs and was wondering what you guys would recommend for them to grow into actual thick hair?

Current stack:
Minoxidil Max 2x a day 15MG with finasteride applied twice a day
Nizoral 2% once every 3 days

hey there, i am using minoxodill max too, but the 6% solution mine dht itch stop after a while using it, so i guess it works?......

If your on the big 3 its hard to say what else to add. Your only option IMO is dutasteride (pretty risky probably not worth it) or experimentals like RU. If you have the money IMO RU or a topical that targets receptors could be a big help. Regrowing that hair though is a crap shoot at this point. Nothing could work.

eh... those damn vellous hairs at the hair line are hard to bring back. I have seen it however. I would consider dermarolling 1-2 per week before your applications. Also consider RU. There was a youtuber by the name of "antiandrogen" who had pretty significant hair line regrowth using RU from vellous hairs like that.
