    It has been SAVING my hair too.
    Of course I dont have and would never have a full head of hair again,,but my hair improvements are ongoing and looking so much better. I am accepting of what it is.
    Since Aug. 2013,
    I have been on Finasteride (not on brand name-Propecia but on 'Dr Reddys' Finasteride)
    and it is an ongoing improvement for my hair with no major bad side effects!!

    Michel Sapin, It would be very good if you were to post photos of your hairlines prior to and then 17 months after using Propecia.
    Of course you do not have to show your face if you do not want to.
    If we can see those photos then we can respond to you so much better with GOOD commonsense help !!
    Cheers to you.

    propecia just completely chewed up my hairline, crown... and well, the entire top of my head. Literally 30-40% of the hair i had left gone in 8 months. I am praying that by getting off it and starting RU and 15% minox, things might f*cking work for once, but I doubt it. Some of us are just unlucky as f*ck man... nothing, I mean NOTHING works.

    for the moment i'm lucky because my crown and mid scalp is really thick , no hairloss at all ;
    And i celarly think that i will never lose here .

    However my hairline has been ruined . SO i'm depressed.
