800 grafts might cover the crown but take small procedures rather than one big surgery. The hairline is 1200 to accomplish your desired design. You're very fortunate to have this amount of hair loss.

And what do suggest he do when that small crown potentially turns into big bald spot and he doesn't have enough to fix it

You could further delay any surgery, but if you must choose to undergo a hair transplant, you could achieve a dramatic change in appearance with 150+ grafts. Take a more conservative approach if you want to achieve long-term goals.

After all this time with Finastride and 3 monts of minox i think my crown look very good, and i'm sure it will improve even more within another 3 months.
Im very pleased with what my hair look like today and don't think i need a hair transplant for now, but thank you for your estimation.

Default An update on my crown :D

Been using minoxidil a while now and finastride around a year now. Look at the fist photos i posted the results are just amazing.

The photo is taken with flash, my hair is strong and glossy just like when i was a teenager.
