RARELY do guys clean enough. I get it...you pay a lot of money and are afraid to pull out your grafts. However, I've posted several threads showing proof of my theory that if a patient lets crusts build up...the attachment of the crust to the hairs gets stronger than the attachment of the graft into the scalp...and grafts get pulled out.
Thus I tell all of our patients exactly how to clean and we offer every single one, free visits to make sure they are cleaning enough. Even then...rarely do guys clean as well as this fellow did.
