Get your scalp mapped for minaturization if possible and do it soon. Most docs recommended by AHLA can do this for you for a small fee, in my experience.

Then in 12 months get it mapped again for an apples to apples comparison of changes over time. Documented empirical data is your friend when asking seemingly elusive questions such as "where am i headed?".

And yeah talk to licensed physician about getting on FDA approved medication to treat hair loss.
