Bald spot forming?

Hey what's up everyone I posted a couple weeks ago in regards to my hair line and since then I've been taking good care of my hair. But my hair is still shedding, a lot more than usual. It's gotten to the point where I'm afraid of washing it because of it. I'm wondering if the picture I'm attaching is a bald spot forming or something? I'm going to the dermatologist tomorrow to get checked out.
