Dutasteride for regrowth and maintain on fin

Thanks for the response Joe. That's very interesting to hear in regards to the finasteride dosage.

I have been on 1mg for 3.5 years and still have some thinning just behind my hairline. I may speak with my doctor about upping the dosage to 1.25mg or 1.5mg, to see if it will halt the progression. Appreciate the help!

George7 - You have a double crown my friend, also called a double whorl. You can see it in your "baseline" pic too. I have two crowns too, but mine have actually thinned out. I'm not even sure if you are balding. Did you see a dermatologist? Tons of guys maintain exactly what you have for a long time without meds. I wouldn't start DUT. I'd stay on a low dose of Fin, relax, and keep an eye on it. In addition to fin for your temples, dermaroller, and avoid shampooing every day. Improve diet & exercise and reduce stress!
