21 Years Old: Ruling out Telogen Effluvium

How is your hair now? I have had 20 months of diffuse hair loss. Had flank pain the entire time. Just diagnosed with hpylori. Hair still falling out. Not started treament yet. Has your hair improved? Do u think hpylori had an impact on it. I have hair loss from.every part of my body.
My scalp has been dessimated by this. Hair left is in horroble condition. 30 percenr of hair i had.
