We will not recommend a hair transplant surgery unless we feel the patient will have a great result and will prescribe another remedy if we think surgery can be avoided.

That certainly sounds good, if true. I wish every HT doctor had that philosophy.

On the down side, they do other surgeries besides hair transplants. That is generally not considered a good sign (it's better if they specialize full time in hair).
