Default What age do you think is best to begin addressing frontal hair loss?

I was curious at what age do most people think it is safe to have ht work done on the hairline?

Say the individual has recession and a bit of thinning in the forelock, but a thick crown. I am currently 25 years of age and have had slow thinning in the front since I started observing my hair at age 21
