Should i switch to Dutasteride?

So I first noticed I was starting to bald at around 21, I'm now 23 and have been on finasteride and minoxidil for roughly 1 1/2 to 2 years now. Haven't noticed any improvement from being on these two, maybe some temple hair thickening up a bit. My crown is my worst area now which has gradually only gotten worse. I've been reading up on people using dutasteride and seen some decent experiences. I must have a reasonably aggressive case of mpb seeing as fin and minox havent really worked well for me. I'd like to hear of other people's experiences using it. Starting to feel a little bummed that I'm currently doing all I can but to no avail.....

These drugs are really intended to provide improvement, rather maintenance. You say you started balding at a young age of 21 and HAVE NOT progressed in two years? It sounds like it is working. Before switching to DUT, you might consider increasing your fin dosage and your minoxidil percentage.
