Working cause hair loss?

hi I was just wondering if working out can cause hair loss or boast testosterone into DHT? Every time I work out in the morning I start with push ups and when I go up to as much as 20 I can feel like the blood rush to my right temple where is is receding and thinning, can that cause hair loss and isn't blood rushing to the scalp bad since it technically sends DHT to there and I had fapped almost a week ago and ive read that seven days after doing so your body releases a shit ton of testosterone or something like that.

No. Nature will run its course regardless of those things. Your never going to exercise again in case it speeds up hair loss?
