Any effective ways to restore the crown (no finasteride) ?

Hi, following 3 months of Minox & Finasteride, i've ditched the Finasteride due to the sexual side effects experienced (libido effects passed, but the ED was a deal breaker).

I've kept the minox going, though so far, no real visible growth, just the first month or so of shedding.

Is there any other effective way to fill in/save the crown or will it just be a case of slow minox growth VS gradual continued DHT hair thinning/eventual loss?

I've still got most coverage, but very thin/fine with a growing patch..

may I ask why you're on these medications when you seem to have absolutely NO hair loss?

yeah totally. when my crown was like that i was 5 years away from considering any hair loss medications. impact4000 should be on nothing
