Am I losing hair? Pictures included.
I was wondering if anyone here can please take a look at these pictures and judge if I'm losing hair (top scalp) or if I'm just over-reacting and it's just the bright light that makes it so. Thank you.

Hello Wildstriker...
Bright lighting CAN make your hair look lesser that it really is..thats a fact.
First of all, how OLD are you now?
That is an important part of this conversation.
Another IMPORTANT thing to keep in mind,
you cannot ALLOW yourself to become stressed or to over-react about anything in life.
Especially when thinking about your hair.
IF you begin to experience hairloss,,you cannot worry about it.
It CAN BE improved.
Worry and stress WILL cause more hairloss that ever...your health could be effected too.
Step-back a little bit and be objective in your approach to finding out about your hair.
There are a few of us here that WILL try to help you with COMMONSENSE.
Cheers bro!!

Thank you for replying. I've just turned 26.
Stress could be the issue, since I'm trying to find a relevant job.
I do try to improve my hair loss. Currently using regaine/rogaine and alpecin.

Good to hear back from you!
That's good that you're using Rogaine.
Give it time.
I would suggest that you start taking The multivitamin, Biotin.
Biotin has a long proven history of helping men and women's hair.
You just have to be patient when using both . Patience and
positiveness is important!
Looking at those photos, you could be experiencing a maturing hairline not hair loss... We don't know but as said before, very bright lighting can make one's hair look lesser than what it really is.
Stick around with us!
All things will work out!!

I want to make this clear, I mainly use regaine/rogaine for my temples and hairline.
Thank you for the suggestion. I will check it out.

I suppose. But even when I look at the mirror in not so bright lighting or with tungsten light switched on (bathroom) I could see the scalp without trying. Would you say that's just because I have short hair black hair?

Yes that's quite possible,,, also to keep in mind,
You're 26 years old now.
Your hair is definitely maturing now.
Your hair will never look like it did when you were maybe 15 years old .
That doesn't mean you don't have good hairline, maturing hairline is what it is.
Acceptance is very important because you don't want to stress out.
By the way- you will have yourself a job in time.
Could be sooner could be later.
Just don't worry about it , you will get a job.
I wish I was 26 years old ha ha.
I'm 30 years older than you are lol
I have plenty of foresight ... Something that you will acquire when you get just a little older
