Do you think this case is too aggressive for a 24 year old?

I am not sure. I ask because I am 25 with a similar pattern of hair loss and am a big fan of the result. However, I don't want to do anything drastic so I am wondering if this seems overly aggressive

At 24 I had a full head of hair. No sign of loss. 15 months later I was NW5 trending towards 6. Needing 3500 grafts at 24 id say he will more than likely regret the decision by the time he is 35. It was because of this that I decided against an HT which I was hours away from going under the knife. I'll wait for better treatment. I know it can't be as far off as we may think.
