Dr. Lindsey 2nd case at 6.5 months on younger guy with early growth from first case

This late 20's guy had 3000 grafts last summer. Generally I wait a year for the second case for several reasons:

    1. The patient is much more relaxed for case 2 if the first case has grown in.

    2. I need to see where to start the second case.

    3. The scalp/donor area continues to stretch for 6 months, occasionally a little longer.

    4. In general, there should never be a rush for cosmetic surgery.

However, this fellow, whose wife is a medical professional, is growing well and growing early. Maybe its luck, maybe its PRFM at the first case...who knows?

Anyhow, he's between jobs and had time come available so we excised his old strip scar in the new strip and put 2000 2's and 3's behind case 1, and a few hundred singles along the hairline.

Hopefully we'll get grown out pics next New Years when back in the area.
