What would the best supplements to prevent hair loss be?

So far I'm taking Biotin & 1000mg of Vitamin E.

I'm also considering Biosil & Saw Palmetto.

Because I've heard that Propecia might give you insomnia. I'm going to try Propecia anyway next week just to see if it works on me without side effects. If it doesn't work, I'll have my options open.

Has anyone here tried Beta Sitosterol?
