My name is Chase! I wanted to get your opinions on where I am on the Norwood Scale. My guess is 5a! I explained a little bit about myself in another thread here if you would like to read. Is a consultation even worth it? Any input is much appreciated!

3 or 4... but if you notice the drastic difference in density and miniaturization between the hair on top and the hair on sides, I would say you're headed to progress to complete baldness without medical intervention. I know that sucks to hear and the uncertainty of how long it will take and how it will progress is excruciating. But, if you want to save it and possibly regrow some, you need to act now. On the other hand, you look pretty good with a shaved head, so you could just embrace it too.
