22 deep receding hairline

Hi im 22 and have a deep receding hairline. It all started with multi vitamins. I ate one called now adam and it contained stinging nettle root and my hair is falling off. Is there anything I can do? Is my hair gone forever. My receding hairline keeps getting deeper and deeper. .
