Hair loss information is confusing

Hi,

I've been looking around on the internet to find information about my current situation(noticeable thinning all over top of scalp + sides (not sure about the back), Hair loss with white bulb, severe itching and burning feeling on scalp and eczema, I went from nothing noticeable to rather thin in 9 months)

The medical sites on the internet seem to agree that MPB usually doesn't come with any of these skin problem(while the forums claim this is possible), they only talk about the receding hairline or thinning crown.
I've used the symptom checker on WebMD and there MPB is not even in the top 3 of possible illnesses(seb derm is first, ive been diagnosed with this by a doctor).

So what is it now? When you have eczema, itching, dandruff and all that good stuff. Is it due to MPB or can I rest assured that I don't have MPB and that in time I will gain my hair back(only 19 years old).
