I had a question for you Doctor Civas.
In your hair transplants I have noticed that you almost always manage to extract a large number of multiple grafts (3FU's or more) out of the donor area of your patients. In this case for example, 2/3 of the grafts are 3FU's, and it is pretty much the same in other cases that you have presented on this forum.
Do you specifically select those grafts for extraction or is it that your patients have naturally a high hair density ?
